1. Original Artwork (Physical Products)
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lauren@laurenharold.com, including:

• A clear photo of the damage

• Your order number

• A brief description

If approved, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
